Born on 24 December 1976 in Jonava.
Graduated from Jonava 5th Secondary School (now Jonava Justinas Vareikis Pro-Gymnasium). In 1999 graduated from the Faculty of History of Vilnius University, studying historical theory and cultural history. Worked in the Lithuanian Special Archive. From 2011 to 2014, responsible secretary of the cultural weekly "Literatūra ir menas", since 2014 - editor-in-chief. Poetry translated into English,
Bulgarian, Russian, Latvian, Polish, German, Ukrainian, Croatian, Belarusian, Macedonian, Georgian,
Armenian, Spanish and other languages. Translates poetry and prose from German and Russian. He has also translated Tuvan shamanistic texts, ancient Indian poetry and modern Austrian and German poetry and prose.
