Born on 03 April 1968 in Atkoci, Ukmergė district.
Studied at the Vilnius School of Culture and Household Workers. Worked as a journalist and photographer in Kupiškis, Jonava and Radviliškis press. Served as an expert chief in the forensic department of the Radviliškis District Police Commissariat. Currently, he works at the Department of Photography and Media Art at Vilnius Academy of Arts as a specialist for practical training of students and collaborates in the literary press: he writes for "Literaturas ir menas", "Šiaurės Atėnai", "Kultūros barus", "Nemunas", etc. Cultural commentator, experimentalist, photographer. He has exhibited in Lithuanian galleries and at events, and his photographs have illustrated books by other authors. Active participant in literary festivals. His work has been published in "Poetry Spring", "Poetic Autumn of Druskininkai" and other almanacs, and various collections of poems.
