Born on 02 09 1954 in Mažeikiai.
In 1965 he moved to Vilnius, graduated from the 24th secondary school in 1972 and entered Vilnius University to study German language and literature. In 1977, after obtaining her higher education diploma, she was appointed a teacher at Vytėnai eight-year school in Jurbarkas district. She refused to work at the school and became a correspondent for the district newspaper "Šviesa". In 1978, she enrolled at Vilnius University to study journalism part-time, but did not graduate. In 1979 she worked for two months at the Skuodas district newspaper "Mūsų žodis", and later, until 1985, at the Šiauliai city newspaper "Raudonoji vėliava". In 1981, he received his first publication in the republican press, in the "Nemunas" magazine. From 1985 he was a teacher at the Kulautuva children's tuberculosis sanatorium "Kregždutė", worked at the Kaunas District Culture Department, Kulautuva Culture House, and the Lithuanian Union of Land and Hydrotechnical Engineers. In 1990-1992 he worked in the literary monthly "Keturi vėjai". Since 1996 he worked for the weekly "Šeimininkė" and the cultural magazine "Nemunas". In 1999 settled in Veliuona. Since January 2016 she has been working as a senior librarian at the Veliuona branch of the Jurbarkas District Municipality Public Library. Her poetry and prose have been translated into Russian, German, Latvian, Polish, English, Georgian, Belarusian, Ukrainian and French, published in the magazines "Taлин", "Huset I Asnaes", and the almanacs "Brüken 2 Tiltai", "Lietuviešu un latviešu dzejas diena" (Lithuanian and Latvian Poetry Day), "After the northern sky", "Swiadectvo", "Diemedžio wieczai" (Diemedžio wieczai), in the bilingual almanac "Coeurs ébouillantés - Nuplikkytom širdim".
