Ukrainian director and scenographer who graduated from the National Academy of Arts and Architecture in Kyiv. The artist, together with like-minded people, founded the Scenography Gallery in Lviv, organizes the Lviv Scenography Art Quadrennial, and since 2017. works as a director and scenographer at the Ukrainian Small Drama Theater in Kyiv. B. Polischuk has created scenography for many Ukrainian theater productions, organizes personal exhibitions, collaborates with many artists from different fields in creating interdisciplinary art projects, festivals and creative workshops. "The Hiroshima girl is afraid of thunder" is the eighth directorial work of this Ukrainian artist in the drama theater.
