Born in 1954 in Vilnius.
1980-1985 studied at the Vilnius Art Institute (now the Academy).
Member of the Artists' Union since 1988.
Participates in exhibitions since 1986.
Has held over 41 solo exhibitions in Lithuania and abroad.
In addition to painting, the author has worked in the fields of poster, book illustration and stage design.
In recent years, he has been creating objects in wood, copper and brass, as well as taking photographs.
