1965-1973 studied at Vilnius M.K. Čiurlionis Art School. 1973-1976 studied at the LSSR Conservatory (in the class of Jurgis Karnavičius). in 1978 graduated from the Pyotr Tchaikovsky Conservatory in Moscow (J. Flier's class), 1978-1981. internship at the assistantship of this conservatory (class of M. Voskresenskis).[3]
1978-1987 Teacher of the Piano Department of the LSSR Conservatory, since 1987. associate professor Since 1989 Professor at the European Conservatory in Paris (France), since 2003. LMA professor.
Member of the Lithuanian Union of Musicians.
