Since 1993 Director of United Forces UAB. He built residential houses in Lithuania, Germany, Denmark, Norway. Created the "Joint Forces Homes" sales system for repeated residential projects. Published several catalogs of repeated residential projects. He founded the modular house design and construction company UAB "JP Haus".
1988-1990 actively participated in the activities of the Lithuanian Movement for Reorganization. Member of the initiative group, member of the Sąjūdis council, member of the Kaunas initiative group, member of the council. Participated in the electoral campaign of Roland Paks, 2004. supported the presidential candidate Petras Auštrevičius.
Created several rock groups, the most famous of which is "Antis" (1985-1990, resumed activities in 2007). Author of most of the texts and music of some works. He released the records "Antis" (1987), "Anties dovanėlė", "Duck Songs" (2007), "Zuikis Pleibojus" (2009), "Baisaii žigu!" (2013). The video film "Something happened" (1987), "Giva antis" (2005), concert DVDs "August 33" (2008), "2xANTIS" (2013) and "Zombiai atrida atidunda!" ( 2015), musical utopia "Bunny Playboy" (2009). He performed in Lithuania and abroad - in Russia, Germany, France, Italy, Austria, USA.
in 2011 Algirdas Kaušpėdas actively joined the meme of the cottage cheese revolution with a rock group - he participated in a gathering of sympathizers, wrote a poem about grain cottage cheese[6]. The group "Antis" stopped its concert activities in 2016. in the summer, after the farewell concerts in Trakai and Raudondvaris castles.
in 2018 together with Viktor Diawara founded the music group "KAnDIs" and in 2019 released the album "Beyond the Arctic Circle
