in 1984 graduated from Vilnius J. Tallat-Kelpšas Higher School of Music, 1989 - violin class of the Lithuanian Conservatory (now the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theater) (pupil of R. Katiliaus, R. Čekuolis). 1987-1991 played in the chamber orchestra "Vilnius", 1989-1991. produced TV shows for children about music. 1991-2001 worked at the Lithuanian Pedagogical Institute, where he actively contributed to the preparation of the music pedagogy program for elementary school students (with Arūnas Dikčius), paid a lot of attention to the study of the musicality of elementary school students and the dissemination of new ways to educate him. in 2005 At the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theater, he defended his doctoral thesis on Ethnic music in the musical education system of elementary grades.
