In 1978, he graduated from the Lithuanian State Institute of Fine Arts in clothing modeling. 1978-1980 worked as a construction assistant at the Lithuanian Film Studio, 1980-1987 as an artist construction worker at the Lithuanian Film Studio and Lithuanian Television. Created collections of movie costumes and clothes.
