She graduated in Hispanic Philology from the University of La Coruña, she began to participate in short films. She has participated in many TVG series, such as Mareas vivas, Terra de Miranda or Matalobos. For her work in this last series she was nominated for a Mestre Mateo award in the category of Best Leading Female Performance.In 2005, the short film I love you badly, shot in Santiago de Compostela, in which Naveira participated as the protagonist, received multiple recognitions at the national and international film festivals in which she participated.
Naveira played the role of the protagonist, an independent blind woman. that when he falls in love he loses his self-sufficiency. Ella Naveira was at the Pontevedra Training Center of the National Organization of the Spanish Blind (ONCE) to interpret blindness by incorporating the usual behaviors of blind people.
