Lithuanian theater and film actress.in 1961 graduated from the LSSR Conservatory. 1961-1963 worked at Kaunas Drama Theater, 1963-1967. of the Drama Theater of the LSSR, since 1967. Youth theater actress.1995-2008 lived in Tiburon, a suburb of San Francisco (USA). in 2009 at the film and television film awards, "Silver Crane" was awarded the Thanks prize - "Golden Crane" for services to national cinema. in 2012 Birutė Vyšniauskaitė and Valdas Babaliauskas created the LRT documentary film "Own Ways" about E. Pleškytė.
