Adam Jacovskis 1966 - 1973 studied painting and scenography at the Vilnius State Art Institute. 1977-78 Artist of the Lithuanian Television and Radio Committee, chief artist of the Lithuanian State Youth Theater in 1978-1993. teaches at the Vilnius Academy of Arts, professor. Member of the Union of Lithuanian Artists since 1978. Created scenography for 70 drama, opera and ballet performances in Lithuania and abroad. He has been participating in scenography and painting exhibitions since 1976. He has been cooperating with the Vilnius Small Theater since its birth in 1990. The works have been acquired by the Lithuanian Art and M.K. Čiurlionis Museums, the Lithuanian Jewish Museum, the Lithuanian Theater and Music Museum, the A. Bachrushin Theater Museum in Moscow, the Tretyakov Gallery, and private collections in Lithuania and abroad.
