She made her directorial debut with George Byron's Cain at the Teatr im. Witkiewicz in Zakopane (1998). In Krakow's Teatr im. Juliusz Słowacki Abelard and Heloiza by Roger Vailland (2001). She has produced over 20 performances as a director, scenographer and costume designer in theaters in Kalisz, Kraków, Łódź, Warsaw, Wrocław and Zakopane.
In 2001, she was awarded the "Ludwik" award for the best scenography (2000, 2001). In 2005, she adapted, directed and designed the scenery for the TV show Kreatura. In 2009, she was awarded the Krakow "Golden Laurel" for the mastery of art in 2008, and in 2010 she received two Golden Mask awards for the best direction and set design in the 2009/2010 season. In 2011, she was awarded the prize for the best performance, direction and scenography in the plebiscite of the audience of the Teatr im. Juliusz Słowacki in Krakow, an award for Father Agata Duda-Gracz based on the motifs of Oskar Jan Tauschinski's Sacrilege.
