Bandoneon virtuoso, composer and tango teacher Ariel Ramirez comes from a family of artists, so he lived in and with music from an early age. He started playing the bandoneon, an instrument typical of the tango rhythm, at the age of ten, and when he was only twelve, he already participated in performances as a musician and dancer at Argentine folklore festivals. Young Ariel's talent has been appreciated at many music events in his native Argentina and other Latin American countries. It was on tour that the artist discovered his vocation for tango dance. Later, in Buenos Aires, he met a teacher who taught him traditional tango, consisting of aesthetics and the logic of movements.
Since 2002 A. Ramirez started an active musical career. During the decade he played and took part in many projects on his home continent with famous Argentine musicians Emilio Morles, Alico Espilosin, Vitillo Abalos, groups Los Carabajal and Nestor Garnica, vocalist Marcelo Toledo, ballet troupe, took part in recordings. He devoted one whole year to music and bandoneon studies with the best maestros
Finally in 2010 the artist grew up for his group, which he called "La clave tango". At that time, he was invited by Europe - the Polish city of Wroclaw - for a concert tour. The charismatic, imposing creator falls in love with the Wrocław audience, just as Ariel himself falls in love with this cozy, open, hot city of feelings. Here he meets like-minded tango fans and records his first album "Aires" together with special artists: vocalist Joao de Sousa, pianist Darek Samerdak and guitarist Dominica Bialostocka. The album consists of Ariel's interpretations and arrangements of traditional Argentine tango hits. Next to the songs of significant tango creators such as Dos Gardenias (I. Carrillo), Libertango (A. Piazzolla) and Me saqua a lap (C. Castana), the new album also includes a place for his own composition "Wroclaw gris (autumn)".
The musician stays in Poland for a whole decade, learns the Polish language, gathers his own tango orchestra, participates in memorable events with orchestras and soloists. The group "Ariel Ramirez tango orchestra" consists of traditional Argentine tango orchestra instruments: bandoneon, piano, violin, viola, cello and double bass.
