Edgar Sabilo, our school's piano teacher. A professional jazz pianist who has been playing music for almost twenty years, he started learning music at the Dvarionis Music School in Bali, and continued his studies at the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theater and the Gnesin Academy. During his studies, he improved at the Groningen Academy of Music in Holland. He gained musical experience by participating in and becoming a laureate of several competitions, including "Music without borders" in Druskininkai in 2005. and "Mir Dzaza" in Rostov-on-Don in 2014. Having formed an international quartet in 2016 "Edgar Sabilo International Quartet" performed in Lithuania and Holland. Currently, the pianist collaborates with well-known performers of the Lithuanian jazz music scene, A. Isojan, D. Rudis, E. Kanevičius, V. Nivinskas, M. Vadoklis, etc., actively participates in international projects in Holland and Russia, and often appears on the Lithuanian music scene.
