in 1999 entered the National M. K. Čiurlionis School of Arts, the class of teacher Donald Ratis.
in 2004 won the 1st prize at the Chamber Ensemble Competition "Spring Sonata" in Vilnius, and in the same year became the laureate of the International B. Dvarion Competition. in 2005 E. Žukauskaitė studied at the Lithuanian Music and Academy, prof. in Peter Geniuš's class.
She is also one of the prof. Mūza Rubackytė is the project organizer of the F. Liszt Association "Lisztuania". The pianist participated in the festival "Festspiele europäische wochen Passau" as a soloist and member of various chamber ensembles and concertmaster.
During her studies, she got involved in various projects, the main ideas of which - the intertwining of music and life philosophy - do not let her go even today. Currently living in Paris, she continues her educational activities, creates projects and organizes concerts both in France and abroad, together with contemporary composers, philosophers and writers.
Emilija improved her performance as a performer at the prestigious A. Cortot Paris Conservatory, where she obtained a soloist diploma in 2022.
