Till 2010 the flow became very popular, so the tendency of personal commercial theaters started it spreading. Ukraine – isn’t an exception. The most famous example – shadows theater “Teulis” from Kiev.

Theatre «Teulis» shadow was founded in January 10, 2011. During its existence, «Teulis» became the finalist of the popular talent shows in Czech Republic and Slovakia, Turkey, Russia and Italy. It has toured in Finland, Sweden, Poland, Czech Republic, Turkey, Japan and the UAE.

Shadow Theatre exists for more than five years. It’s director, Roman Sokolov, previously worked in the field of event services. One day, he received an order to make an act of shadows theater for the corporate party. Employees of the client company had decided to take a challenge and tried to create a statement – and they did it. As a result, Roman Sokolov and Vitaly Suslovets have shaped an idea to establish a professional shadows theatre.

During the last 2 years «Teulis» actively touring in Ukraine and abroad with the show program “Lords of Shadow”. During the tour show attracted more than 200 full houses all over the world.
