During the history of its existence, the ensemble experienced a number of changes - the composition and artistic concept changed. Recently, "Quorum" is already widely known in Lithuania as a group promoting various styles of music. A kind of musical excursions - concerts covering the works of several musical eras - from the Middle Ages to the present day, have been particularly successful for the ensemble.The ensemble participated in academic and sacred music festivals, such as "Banchetto musicale", "Kristupos summer festival", "Ave Maria", the series of concerts organized by the Lithuanian National Philharmonic "Music in Trakai Castle", etc., as well as appeared in various television and radio programs and in projects."Quorum" collaborated with well-known classical music performers in Lithuania - Asta Krikščiūnaita, Vytautas Juozapaičius, Vaclov Augustin and the choir "Jauna muzika".Composer Laurynas Vakaris Lopas specially created "Te Deum" for the ensemble - a piece with a religious theme, which the ensemble performed together with the brass band of the Lithuanian Army Orchestra.Lithuanian rock and pop stars - Merūnas Vitulskis, Irena Starošaitė, Rūta Šciogolevaitė, Vaida Genytė, Kęstutis Jablonskis, Povilas Meškela, Jeronimas Milius, Vladas Kovaliovas, Aistė Pilvelytė sang with the ensemble.Singer Egidijus Sipavičius, former producer of Quorum, played a big role in popularizing the ensemble's activities.The song "Made in Lithuania" performed together with it (music and lyrics by A. Jautakios) took 5th place in 2010. patriotic song contest. This song was included in the DVD of the best Lithuanian patriotic songs "There is a country". It is also included in the 2014 "Song Festival" program.in 2011 The Foundation of the Lithuanian Folk Culture Center and the World Lithuanian Song Festival presented Quorum with the "Golden Bird" statuette for the best debut (2010).In the same year, the song "Nepaskutinis žods" performed by "Quorum" (music by V. Neugasimov, lyrics by A. Jautakis) made it to the finals and received a diploma for originality in the competition "Vilnius Towers" organized by LRT and Latga-a.In 2013, "Quorum" participated in "Choir Wars", where they were choirmasters and arrangers of the Indigo Choir. This collective became the winner of the 2nd place, and later took the 2nd place in the international choral music project in Minsk "Horoshow" (Хорошоу).In 2014, they became the second place winners of the "Chorus Wars" together with the Kaunas "Žalgiris" choir.Participants of the opening and closing of the 2014 Song Festival. At the opening concert, "Quorum" performed 2 songs a cappella, and at the closing concert, they performed 3 pieces together with a huge (about 17,000 people) choir and orchestra of the festival participants.In the same year, the collective was invited to Brussels, where they performed a musical program at the European Council during the celebrations on the occasion of the introduction of the Euro in Lithuania.The ensemble willingly participates in charity events and provides free admission to its concerts for sick people and children of orphanages.Currently, the ensemble is preparing to present to its fans the debut album dedicated to the 10th anniversary.
