Graduate of The Hague Royal Academy of Arts (BA) and Vilnius Academy of Fine Arts (MA). From 2020 - Doctoral student of fine arts at VDA, and from 2020 - Member of the Union of Lithuanian Interdisciplinary Art Creators. Pavliukevičius is a creator of interactive installations, new media art and performance. In practice, the artist examines and develops two main themes, which at first glance are distant from each other. This is the modern man's relationship with technology and masculinity in the sociocultural discourse. However, the author's different fields of interest are linked by the emotional aspect, which has become a key axis in artistic projects. Perceiving himself as a representative of the post-socialist generation - a man who suppresses feelings and emotionality (due to the features of male identity constructed in society), Pavliukevičius forms a reversion of society's attitude towards modern people, limiting the personalization of digital and automated technologies, without identifying them as sensitive beings. By perceiving modern smart technologies as the results of calculations, programming and algorithms that do not have an organic body, people tend to treat such creatures as artificial intelligence or equipment operating on the principle of machine learning as inanimate or inanimate - material, despite the fact that the user and technology create an interactive relationship with each other. In other words, not only the person reacts to the equipment, but the latter reacts to the person as well. For example, based on the browsing history on the Internet, specific advertisements are offered to the user or, depending on the music listened to on Spotify, the application can suggest similar music tracks to the listener, etc. i.e. From this point of view, Pavliukevičius uses his work to ask the audience questions, what is the emotional connection of people with technology and when do technological creatures become creatures from a human point of view.
