Indrė Bručkutė (b. 1994), the youngest generation Lithuanian dramatist, graduated from the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theater with studies in film dramaturgy, and has been writing dramas since her early teens. While she was still studying at school, her plays were staged at the "Aušros" theater in Klaipėda. While studying at the academy, together with her colleagues and teacher Gabriele Labanauskaite-Diena, she initiated and organized the "Dramokratijas" festival, where her first professional plays - "Man with a Business Card" and "Anonymous Country" were read. in 2018 as a dramatist, she worked at the Lithuanian Russian Drama Theater staging the play "Lonely" based on Gerhart Hauptmann's play "Lonely People" (directed by Augustas Gornatkevičius).
