Estonian choreographer, movement director, professor of contemporary performance and theater pedagogue. Naelis was born and raised in Viljandi. in 1998 graduated from Viljandi Academy of Culture, majored in choreography. 2001-2005 taught stage movement and dance, taught at the Estonian Music and Theater Academy.
