Kiril Glushaev was born in 1984. In 2002, he graduated from Vilnius Vingis High School. In 2003-2004 he studied at the Vilnius Academy of Arts, and in 2004 he entered the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theater (LMTA), where in 2008 graduated with a bachelor's degree in drama theater directing. In 2004-2005 he studied at Dartington College of Arts in Great Britain. 2007-2008 LMTA attended the improvisation course of Andrias Žebrauskas, has been participating in the activities of the improvisation theater "Kitas Kampas" since its foundation.
