1979-1985 she worked at the Anykščiai Palace of Culture as a decorator, created scenery for the plays "Patriots" by P. Vaičiūnas, "Mirtis" by V. Alen, "Tango" by S. Mrožek, "Twilight" by A. Vienuolis (1985) and others.1985-1992 L. Vyšniauskienė was the artist of the memorial museum of Antanas Baranauskas and Antanas Vienuolis-Žukauskas.

1992 L. Vyšniauskienė and her family moved from Anykščiai to Kretinga. She continued her studies at the Klaipėda Pedagogical Qualification Improvement Institute and obtained the qualification of an art teacher.L. Vyšniauskienė worked as an art teacher at the Jurgis Pabrėza University Gymnasium in Kretinga. With the students of this high school, she participates in international and national projects, actions, exhibitions. The students she trained have received diplomas, letters of thanks, and L. Vyšniauskienė herself - letters of thanks for preparing the students.
Now she is an art teacher and methodologist at the Franciscan High School, a public institution.L. Vyšniauskienė-Liaudanskaitė is a member of the Kretinga artists' club "PINX" (since 1998).
She helps the public institution Clown Theater Studio "Dulidu" by illustrating its performances.Since 1992 L. Vyšniauskienė-Liaudanskaitė organized 15 personal exhibitions, which were held in Anykščiai, Kretinga, Raseiniai, Kintai (Šilutė district), Šilute, Klaipėda, Plunge.
She participates in plein-air exhibitions of Žemaitija artists, experiments with unusual formats of works. In her watercolors, she conveys the beauty of the landscape and the diversity of the plant world in delicate and soft colors.
She also participated in exhibitions-competitions in Nida, Klaipėda, Plungė, Telšiai, Vilnius, all international watercolor exhibitions in Klaipėda, as well as in the Miko J. Šileikis and Teofilis Petraičias prize art competition "Lituvos kelias", dedicated to the 15th anniversary of the restoration of Lithuania's Independence (2005 m.).
