Later studied contemporary and theater dance, Butoh, contact improvisation and authentic movement. He teaches body expression and awareness techniques and the Feldenkrais method at the Giuseppe Tartini Conservatory in Trieste, the Giovan Battista Martini Conservatory in Bologna and the Giuseppe Martucci Conservatory in Salerno and Ruvo di Puglia.
As a dancer she collaborated with Elisa Barrucchieri's "Res Extensa", Giulio De Leo's "Compagnia Menhir" theater and dance troupes. Was responsible for the dance sector "Piccinniballet" - Fondazione Piccinni (Baris).
in 2016 in cooperation with the publishing house "Edizioni Musicali Salatino" published the photo album "Metamorfose". In the same year, at the Wanda Landowska festival, he created the choreography for the performance "Intorno a Bilitis", which featured the music of Claude Debussy and Rimsky-Korsakov's "Schecherezada".
in 2017 in cooperation with the publishing house "Pegasus", her second publication "Demetra" was published. Inspired by the commission of the "Salatino" publishing house and the legendary Tala festival of jazz music in Ruvo di Puglia, together with the trumpeter Giuliano Di Cesare, he created the dance and music performance "Metamorphoses".
in 2019 Mimma Di Vittorio founds the New Butoh Dance Association in Ruvo di Puglia, becoming its founder and artistic director. Organizes international New Butoh dance workshops, which he leads together with Japanese dancer Sayoko Onishi. She is also the artistic director of the New Butoh "Miniature" Dance Festival. Since 2019, she has been a member of the International Dance Council (CID).
