Lithuanian contemporary circus artist. From an early age, she was interested in the performing arts, she loved sports, but she could not find a branch of art that would fit all her interests. Until he tried the circus. The modern circus has become Monika's way of life, a means of expression. Her main circus discipline is the Cyr wheel. An important element in Monika's work is freedom. Monika graduated from a Norwegian folk dance course at Manger Folkehøhskule in Norway (2010), a contemporary circus course at the Performers House school in Silkeborg, Denmark (2011), contemporary circus bachelor studies at Codarts University in Rotterdam, the Netherlands (2011-2015), circus arts studies at ESACTO (Le Lido) in Toulouse, France (2015-2017).
Since 2018, she has been working with the French circus troupe Compagnie L'MRG'ée. The premiere of the play "Des Bords de Soi" took place in November of the same year, and the debut of the play "Médusées" is expected in the summer of 2021. Under the pseudonym Soloneviena, she also creates her own solo show "Harry the 3rd". Monika also appears as a freelance contemporary circus performer at various events and festivals.
