Nomeda Vilkanauskaitė-Kukulskienė (soprano) was born in Panevėžys. Studied at Panevėžys secondary and music schools. in 1986 graduated from Panevėžys J. Švedas Higher School of Music, majoring in choral conducting. in 1986 entered the Lithuanian State Conservatory (now the Academy of Music and Theatre), prof. V. Mikštaitė's solo singing class. in 1993 continued his studies at the Singing Department of the Kaunas Faculty of the Lithuanian Academy of Music in the class of teacher S. Martinaitytė. in 1994 graduated from the singing specialty course of the Lithuanian Academy of Music. in 1995 obtained a master's degree in solo singing at the Kaunas Faculty of Music Academy (teacher S. Martinaitytė). Since 1994 - soloist of the Kaunas State Musical Theater. Since 1996 works at the Singing Department of the LMTA Kaunas Faculty, teaches chamber and solo singing.
