He graduated from the Vilnius Academy of Arts with a master's degree in fashion design (2016), before that he obtained a bachelor's degree in visual arts and fine arts from the Lithuanian University of Education (2012) and a bachelor's degree in clothing design from Kaunas College (2004). Studied image design in Riga (2006-2007). She practiced as a stylist-consultant in Dublin (2004-2005).
Since 2006 worked as an editor of fashion magazines, stylist and consultant for individuals and companies, worked in the field of advertising, behind the scenes. He taught at Lithuanian and European universities, gave presentations at conferences in Sweden, Italy, Germany, Bulgaria, Poland, China.
Olesė is the founder of the image design specialty at Kaunas College (in 2013) and the former head of the department for many years. Since 2017 - member of the interdisciplinary Performative Design Association.
The designer creates costumes for performances for the contemporary dance theater "Aura" and other art projects. The creative process is guided by the principles of sustainability.
Since 2016, she has been conducting seminars on image design, image communication, color communication, sensory image and style formation at Feminos Bonos Akademije.
