Olga has been working at LNOBT since 1996 after graduating from the Ballet Department of the National M. K. Čiurlionis School of Arts. in 2002 became a graduate of the Perm International Ballet Competition and won a special prize for musicality. in 2002 Jurgis Žalkauskas, chairman of the Lithuanian Ballet Society of Australia, was awarded the prize. In the same year, he won the "Ballet Hope of the Year" prize at the Opera Lighthouse Awards. Even four times she was chosen Ballet Soloist of the Year at the Opera Lighthouse Awards (2007, 2010, 2011, 2016). in 2011 graduated from LMTA master's studies, acquired the professional qualifications of a choreographer and pedagogue, she was granted the status of an artist. in 2014 won the Lithuanian Government's culture and art prize.2004-2005 created the project "Trecento - draw your life", which was also presented in the program of Lithuania's accession to the EU, created the dance performances "Renaissance Palette" (2007), "Line" (2011), as a choreographer in 2012 and 2013. participated in LNOBT projects "Creative impulse". Toured in Germany, Holland, Italy, Greece, Egypt, USA, Poland, France, Latvia, Spain, Denmark, Great Britain, etc. in 2008 danced pas de deux from "Le Pavillon de Armide" (chor. J. Smoriginas) in Moscow's K. S. Stanislavskili and Nemirovich-Danchenko Academic Music Theater and Boston's "Cutler Majestic Theater" (with M. Liepa and N. Juška). Since 2012 touring as a soloist with Monica Loughman Ballet Ireland’s Ballet Company. in 2013 participated in the international music festival Sopot classic. in 2014 danced at the 19th International Ballet Festival named after Rudolf Nureyev. Together with N. Juška's ballet school, it organizes children's ballet and dance performances. LNOBT danced with Igor Yebra (Spain), Alexander Volchkov (Moscow Bolshoi Theater), Dmitry Matviyenko (Ukraine). Participates in the performances of A. Cholina Dance Theater, Vilnius Ballet.
