Paulina Simutytė is a comprehensive artist. First of all, she is an actress who graduated from the College of Entertainment and Performing Arts in Vilnius College. Creates roles in dramatic performances (Dina, directed by I. Bogdanavičiūtė; Rūke, directed by J. Laikova; English Detective, directed by R. Cicėnas), sings and creates sound atmospheres in musicals (Sibiro Haiku, directed by S. Degutytė; Journey without baggage, directed by B. Latenas; Dream, directed by K. Gudmonaitė). She also actively expresses herself in musical activities, at the same time using her talent as an artist - she sings in the groups Uprising tree, Delasferos, lazy diamond's underground and creates graphic design for them; creates vocal parts and graphic scores in collaboration with composer A. Šiuris (electroacoustic compositions Prayers from Noah's Ark [for violin, cello, voice recording and electronics], Poulet à la broche, Cordon bleu [for accordion, voice recording, electronics and video projection]; voice recording for the film Laimei einant, sleipės velu, directed by L. Tamošiūnaitė). Using acrylic and light in her visual art, P. Simutytė examines the synergy of light and underbrush. Recently, this artist has been testing herself in another art sphere - she creates not only a role, but also a scenography for the play Kafka Insomnia (dir. Ž. Vingelis).
