He combines a classical education (diploma with top marks from the Cagliari Conservatory) with a constant attention to jazz music and the sounds of popular music. He has attended several advanced courses and obtained a diploma in Music Education. He combines his commitments as an instrumentalist and composer with constant teaching activity. He takes part in the following formations: duo with Massimo Ferra; duo with Sandro Fontoni, duo with Roberto Ottaviano; trio with Roberto Ottaviano and Vincent Courtois; trio Ammentos with Fausto Beccalossi and Salvatore Maiore; trio Amada with Salvatore Maiore and Roberto Dani; New World Sinfonia quartet with Al Di Meola; Canto d'Ebano quartet with Gabriele Mirabassi, Salvatore Maiore and Alfred Kramer; duo with Norma Winstone. He collaborates with Andrea Parodi, for whom he also curated the arrangements for the Armentos project with Salvatore Maiore. He also plays with internationally renowned musicians such as Pat Metheny, Kenny Wheeler, Trilok Gurtu, Marc Ribot, Chris Laurence, Martin France, Paolo Fresu, Antonello Salis, Stefano Battaglia, Furio Di Castri, Mark Harris, Horacio Hernandez, Noa, Gil Dor, Miguel Angel Cortes, Elena Ledda, Mauro Pagani, Gabin Dabirè, Luis Agudo, Patrizia Laquidara and many others. Peo often plays as I guitar in the Orchestra dell'Ente Lirico di Cagliari.
