Accordionist Povilas Neliupšis is a graduate of the Kaunas Juozas Gruodis Conservatory, currently studying at the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theater, as well as studying privately with one of the world's most famous accordion professors - Elsbeth Moser (Switzerland). The boy made the name of Lithuania famous in international competitions in Latvia, Poland, Italy, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Switzerland, China. In 2015, Povilas became the winner of the main scholarship of the competition "Lietuvos maksimalistai 2015". In 2019, Dalia Grybauskaitė, the President of the Republic of Lithuania, was awarded for her concert activities.
