Povilas Vanžodis (b. 1995) in 2014 completed choral conducting studies at the Juozas Gruodis Conservatory in Kaunas (teacher Ramutė Štreimikytė). Now studying choral conducting at the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theater prof. in the class of Vytautas Miškinis. He is a national winner of various choir conductor competitions.
While studying in Kaunas, he worked as a choirmaster of the mixed youth choir "Exaudi" (founded in 2011). in 2015 was the choirmaster of the international choir in the global youth project "MAGIS" (Poland). in 2016 participated in and won the competition for the position of artistic director and conductor of the mixed youth choir "Exaudi". Since then, he has performed choral music by various world composers and periods with the choir, organized concerts in Lithuania and abroad. For the first time, the "Exaudi" choir presented the composition "The Face of Christ" by the composer Vaclav Augustin to the Lithuanian audience and recorded it on a CD.
While studying in Vilnius, he led St. For the choir "Adoramus" of the Church of John the Brothers of the Savior (conductor: Imantas Šimkus). Since 2014 - the singer of the professional chamber choir "Jauna muzika" (conductor Vaclov Augustinas) and the conductor and singer of the ensemble of the Sanctuary of God's Mercy, which performs the old music of various nations. in 2016 started singing in the early music vocal ensemble "Ignis" (director Vilimas Norkūnas), with whom in 2018 won a gold diploma at the international choral sacred music festival "Kaunas Musica Religiosa". In the same year, he prepared an amateur choir of Swedbank employees to participate in the Lithuanian Song Festival.
