was born and grew up in Vilnius, where he started studying at the Balis Dvarions ten-year music school from the age of 7. Rasa's first singing teacher, LNOBT soloist Laima Domikaitė, noticed the young singer's talent and encouraged the girl to continue studying.
Rasa started her singing studies at the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theater, Assoc. Aušra Stasiūnaitė's singing class and in 2015 graduated with a bachelor's degree, and in 2017 master's studies. She also studied for one year at the Estonian Academy of Music and Theater, where she worked with the soloist of the Estonian National Theater, famous teacher prof. Nadezhda Kurem.
Rasa actively participates in various master courses. She worked with such famous conductors, directors and singers as prof. Dr. Josef Wallnig, Violeta Urmana, prof. Hermann Keckeis, Taisto Noor, Thomas E. Bauer, Nomeda Kazlaus, prof. Gaiva Bandzinaitė and others.
Although Rasa is currently mostly heard as a chamber music performer, her great passion is opera. During her studies, Rasa prepared several roles, including Monika from G. C. Menotti's opera "Medium", Mimi from G. Puccini's opera "Boheme", Fiordilidži from W. A. Mozart's opera "Visos jas takisi" and others. The performer is also interested in contemporary music and voice improvisation, constantly searches for new voice colors and ways of expression, collaborates with young composers, performs their works.
Rasa also actively participates in international projects. in 2014 she represented Lithuania in the "Sounds of Energy" project at the Savonlinna Opera Festival in 2015. participated in the Nordopera network biennial "We make an Opera" in Vilnius, 2016. intensive French opera courses in Finland, and from 2018 is a member of the project "Vocal Poems of the Baltics" and promotes the name of Lithuania in the Baltic countries. Rasa has performed in Austria, Switzerland, Finland, Russia, Germany, Latvia and Estonia.
