Serge Nicolaï is an actor, director, director and scenographer.
He has been a member of the Théâtre du Soleil since 1997. He was scenographer for the company's last four shows, winning the Molière for best decor for Le Dernier Caravansérail in 2005. He is an assistant director on Ariane Mnouchkine's films. As an actor he works with Robert Lepage, Irina Brook, Petra Costa, Tonino de Bernardi and Ariane Mnouchkine with whom he recently played the role of Macbeth.
Trained with Vera Gregh, at the Espace acteur school in Paris, at the National Conservatory in Krakow and at the Cours de Blanche Salan.
