Shay Hatten (ur. w marcu 1993/1994) jest amerykańskim scenarzystą i producentem. Najbardziej znany jest z pracy nad John Wick: Chapter 3 - Parabellum (2019), Army of the Dead, Army of Thieves (oba 2021), John Wick: Chapter 4 i Rebel Moon (oba 2023). Hatten urodził się w Oakland w Kalifornii. Ukończył Moscow High School w 2012 roku oraz Loyola Marymount University's School of Film and Television w 2016 roku.
