The performer teaches at the "Jazz Academy" established by his colleagues, and is a pedagogue at the Jazz Department of the Vytautas Magnus University Music Academy.Tad has had the opportunity to play music with many prominent improvisers, including Liud Mockūnas, Michael Moore, Yumiko Yoshimoto. The guitarist performed at the Novi Sad (Serbia), Vilnius and Kaunas jazz festivals.
