Terl Bryant is an acclaimed English drummer, percussionist, producer, and educator known for his versatile work across alternative rock, progressive rock, and folk rock genres. Originally from Northampton, England, Bryant began drumming professionally as a teenager and is largely self-taught.
He gained prominence as a member of the progressive folk band Iona, recording several albums with them in the 1990s. Bryant has also toured and recorded with major artists such as John Paul Jones (Led Zeppelin), Peter Murphy (notably playing on the hit "Cuts You Up"), Faith Hill, Matt Redman, and many others. In addition to his session and touring work, he has released solo albums, including 'Psalms' and 'Timbrel', both of which showcase his rhythmic and creative approach to Christian-themed music.
Bryant continues to work from his studio in Sussex, UK, offering both in-person and remote recording services, and is recognized for his unique sound, musicality, and collaborative spirit
