Studied at the Kaunas J. Naujalis Music Gymnasium. Z. Mišeikiene's class. In 1995, he became the winner of the young artists competition. Studied at the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theater prof. in P. Radzevičius's class. During his studies and later, he actively participated in various master classes at the Zeist Daniel Quartet, Prof. Dubinsky, J. Wallning, "Chilingirian quartet" .
From 1997 to 2000, he worked in the Lithuanian State Orchestra.
Since 2000, St. Artist of the Christopher Chamber Orchestra, member of the string quartet ArtVio since 2006.
In 2011, Tomas started working at Mykolas Riomeris University.
