In 2004, Tomas Stirna graduated from Kaunas Salomeia Nėries secondary school. In 2008, he received a bachelor's degree in theater from the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theater (LMTA) (professional qualification as an actor), course leader Rimas Tuminas. In 2010, he received a master's degree in theater from LMTA (professional qualification as an actor), the course leader is Rimas Tuminas.
