Žygymantas Bačkus is a delicate and versatile guitarist who has understood the entire spectrum of musical traditions and styles - from early jazz and bebop to free jazz, fusion, hip-hop, funk, r&b. He started his career at the 10-year-old music school of Bali Dvarion, in the class of Artūrs Alšauskas, later he studied privately with the famous jazz guitarist Eugenijius Jonavičius. After graduating from the S. Šimkaus Conservatory, Žygymantas improved his skills in Rotterdam, Holland, and later returned to Lithuania in 2017 at the "Gitaru Šēlsmas" competition, where he won first place in the jazz/classic category. Currently, the guitarist plays with various jazz and pop music artists. He has participated in the most famous Lithuanian jazz festivals: Klaipėda Castle Jazz Festival, Vilnius MAMA jazz, and Kaunas jazz. Joined CinAmon in 2017. in the summer
