Born in Vilnius, he graduated from secondary school there.
Graduated from the Lithuanian Academy of Theatre and Music (Dalia Tamulevičiūtė, head of course).
As a freelance actor he performed at the Lithuanian National Drama Theatre. He has performed in the State Youth Theatre, Oskaras Koršunovas Theatre, the State Small Theatre in Vilnius and Domino Theatre. He also writes scripts for events, commercials and TV shows (TV3), hosts events. For many years, Aistis Mickevičius has been known for animated and feature films (LNK).
From 2005 to 2014, he worked at the radio station M-1. Initially, together with his colleague Mindaugas Stasiulis, he hosted the evening show for young people "Here's my pyyp...", where he began to speak through the mouths of various characters. This led to the designer Žužu, the Suvalkian Ramūnas and the pensioner Vydas, who often appeared together with Saulėnas (Mindaugas Stasiulis) as the parody group Čiulpuonėliai. From March 2009 to March 2014, together with Mindaugas Stasiulis, he hosted the morning programme "M-1 morning show".

Aistis Mickevičius is also known for his other activities. He is a visual and scent artist, participates in various projects and exhibitions.
In 2011, he registered and launched his niche perfumery brand FUMparFUM. In 2021, this Lithuanian brand was presented for the first time at the Pitti Fragranze international art perfumery exhibition in Florence.
In 2016, Aistis Mickevičius published the first Lithuanian book on perfumery, Kvepalai (Obuolys Publishing House). In 2021, a second, expanded edition of this book was published.
In 2017, he hosted the talk show "Thank you for inviting me" on Žinių Radio.
In 2021, he published a book of poetry and cartoon graphics entitled "Being Time" (Obuolys publishing house).
