He studied Lithuanian studies at Vilnius University and obtained a master's degree in Lithuanian literature. Since 1997 until 2018, he worked as a reporter in the newspaper "Respublika". in 2001 Hosted the cultural show "Cultural traps" on Lithuanian television. in 2000 Based on Rimvydas Stankevičius's staging, the play "Stop mašina" directed by Saulius Mykolaitis was staged at the National Drama Theater. in 2002 Together with the composer Roks Radzevičius, he created the rock opera "Jūratė ir Kastytis". Author of the libretto of the oratorio "Memories of Sakura" (premiered at the National Drama Theater of Kaunas - 2014). Writes lyrics for songs. Poetry translated into Polish, Swedish, Finnish, English and other languages, published in almanacs published abroad. Currently lives and works in Vilnius.
