in 1961 graduated from the piano class of A. Dvarionienė of the Lithuanian Conservatory. Since 1960 Sound director of Lithuanian television, 1967–1983. and 1988-1998. man sound director. Since 1994 Lecturer at the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theater, since 1996. Head of the course for sound directors of the Film and Television Department.
1963-2001 created music for about 150 films and performances of the Lithuanian Film Studio and Lithuanian Television, among them the art films "No One Wanted to Die", "Maža izžažntis", "Raskask mane", "When I was Small", "The Time of Emptying the Homesteads", "The Wind in the Rye" ", and for the documentary films "Shimtamečių godos", "Hommo esse", "And I can't change anything", for the television feature films "Death and the Cherry Tree", "Tadas Blinda", "Why the Pines Cried", "Redwood Paradise", " The time of the emptying of homesteads, Nine circles of the fall, "Zalčios kūruna", "Valdžia", a documentary series about Lithuanian partisans, including "The Fourth President".
