He moved to Plunge with his parents when he was still small. After graduating from the Plungė Music School, the then sixteen-year-old boy went to Klaipėda Stasios Šimkaus Conservatory, but did not graduate. He worked in the pop ensemble of the Plungė Culture House, later he led it.
