E. Šlimaitė graduated from the accordion class of Mykolas Oginskis Art School in Plungė (teacher Povilas Budginas). He continued his studies in the singing class of Klaipėda Stasios Šimkaus Conservatory. He studied at the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theater, completed his bachelor's and master's studies in the singing class of professor Aušra Krikščiūnaitė. During her studies, she did an internship in Italy, where she learned vocal subtleties from one of the best Italian singers - professor Amelia Felle, and in Germany from vocal pedagogue Snezana Brzakovic.Soloist in 2017 won first place in the V. Jonuskaitė-Zaunienė competition. Participated in various master courses in Lithuania and abroad, Kristupas festival, Eduard Balsis festival "I am an old sailor". He also participated in the "Opera Accelerator" program for young opera soloists for two years in a row.
During her studies, she performed the roles of Alice from G. Verdi's opera "Falstaff", Nella from G. Puccini's opera "Džanis Skikis". in 2022 In the summer premiere of F. Schreker's opera "Flames" in Lithuania, she performed one of the main roles - Agnes - with the Lithuanian State Symphony Orchestra.
