Graduated from Utena "Saulės" secondary school in 1997. During his school years, he participated in expressive reading competitions, was the winner of the republican competition. In 1997–2001, he studied at Klaipėda University, receiving a degree in drama and puppet theater director. In 2001–2014, E. Druskinas lived in Anykščiai. In 2004–2007, he worked at the A. Baranauskas and A. Vienuolis-Žukauskas Memorial Museum. In April–June 2004, he was the deputy director of the museum, in 2004–2005, he was the director of events at the Anykščiai chapel of the museum branch, in 2005–2006, he was the director-decorator, in 2006–2007, he was again the director of events. In 2007–2010, he worked as an artist and exhibition organizer at the Ukmergė Cultural Center. Having formed a theater troupe, he directed the play "Stories about Love" there. In 2010–2013, E. Druskinas was a theater teacher and event director at Anykščiai Antanas Vienuolis Gymnasium, and after its reorganization in 2013–2014, at Antanas Vienuolis Progymnasium. With the students of this school, he prepared several patriotic campaigns that made Anykščiai famous nationally and internationally. In 2010, on his initiative, a radio play "Testimonies" was prepared, dedicated to January 13, it was broadcast on the radio station "Pulsas", presented in some Lithuanian churches and in the Seimas of the Republic of Lithuania, commemorating the Day of Defenders of Freedom. Under the leadership of E. Druskinas, students in grades 5–10 created more than 500 stained glass windows, which decorated Anykščiai and Vilnius' Gediminas Avenue. The exhibition "My Stained Glass for Lithuania" he prepared adorned Vilnius in 2010 and 2011. The Anykščiai students he prepared participated in the gala concert dedicated to the twentieth anniversary of March 11 in Vilnius (2010). Together with gymnasium student Mantas Ragauskas, E. Druskinas sewed the first record-breaking 100-meter-long Lithuanian Tricolor, participated with it in events in Anykščiai and Vilnius (2011), later lengthened the flag to 200 meters and stretched it in Ukraine, Georgia, Latvia and elsewhere. He initiated the creation of a record-sized Georgian flag, sewed a 45-meter-long and 30-meter-wide symbol of this country, which was first unfurled in Vilnius, on Cathedral Square, commemorating Georgia's Independence Day on May 26, 2015. In 2011, he also worked as a theater teacher at the Utena "Saulės" gymnasium. Since 2013, he has been the founder and director of the public institution "Angelų miestelis". In May–June 2015, E. Druskinas briefly worked as the director of the Širvintos District Municipality Cultural Center, until he was dismissed from this position at the initiative of local politicians. Appointed in August 2015, from 2015 to 2017, he was the director of the Rokiškis Cultural Center, until he resigned from this position in September 2017. Since 2018 From August 2008 to May 2023, E. Druskinas worked as the director of the Utena Cultural Center, until he resigned from this position on his own initiative. E. Druskinas sings, mostly performing romances, and participated in the TV3 music show "Žvaigždžių vartai" (2008), where he became popular by singing the songs "Akys Juodosios", "Ajajaj" and "Juodas varnas". His song "Akys Juodosios" was included in the "Žvaigždžių vartai" musical collection (September 2008). He received the "Lietus" award from the radio station (on the November 15, 2008 show) for the song "Ajajaj", which received the highest listener rating. He wrote and directed the plays "The Raven Does Not Believe in Tears" (Anykščiai, 2008), "The Bird - the Story of Hans Mozart's Frits" and "Sunset on My Roof". He wrote the French-style situation comedy "Parisian Business", created puppet constructions for the play "Jonathan Livingston the Seagull" based on Richard Bach. E. Druskinas was a member of the Lithuanian Social Democratic Party until he left this political organization around 2020. As an independent candidate, he participated in the direct mayoral elections of the Utena District Municipality in 2023, but was not elected. In his free time, he is interested in music, and admires Frank Sinatra and Elvis Presley.
