graduated from the Vilnius Academy of Arts with a Master's degree in painting. Gaitanži has held 7 personal exhibitions, participated in many group exhibitions in Lithuania and abroad, his works were presented at the art fairs "ArtVilnius".
He began active exhibition activity in 2006, participated in many group exhibitions in Lithuania and Europe, and since 2008 has been organizing personal exhibitions in Lithuania and abroad. The paintings of the 2004–2010 period are influenced by pop art and the Japanese "superflat" movement. Konstantinas' work is characterized by a somewhat ironic attitude towards the surrounding environment: "It seems naive to me to expect that modern society can be non-consumeristic. It cannot be otherwise. My goal is much more modest. I want to deviate from the template at least sometimes. To create and show a reference to something that can be beyond modern society, beyond consumerism".
Since 2010, his style has shifted towards monochrome, multi-layered painting. The motifs of the paintings of this period are usually associated with historical traumas, exclusion, explorations of the limits of humanity, and reflections on technological progress. In 2013, Konstantinas became one of nine Eastern European artists who represented the region's art for the first time at the Hong Kong Art Festival.
