Minadora Šernaitė graduated from the National M. K. Čiurlionis School of Arts in Vilnius in 2012, where she studied with Prof. Undinė Jagėlaite. In 2018 graduated Master degree in Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theater with associated prof. Dr. Rūta Lipinaitytė.
She is participant and award winner in several international ant national competitions, including diploma at the International Gradus ad Parnasum Competition (Lithuania, 2007), in 2010 laureate at the XVI National Balys Dvarionas competition and I prize at the International Alexander Glazunov Competition in Paris (France), III prize in National R.Katilius Competition, special prize at the XVII International Eugen Koka Competition in Moldova (2011), II prize at the String Department Competition of Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theatre (2012), in 2013 diploma at the XVI International Remember Enescu Violin Competition in Sinaia (Romania), in 2013 again won the II place, in 2014 III place and in 2015 I place, in 2016 II place at the String Department Competition of Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theatre.
Minadora is participant at the International August Dombrovski Competition in Riga (2011), International Balys Dvarionas Competition in Vilnius (2012), IV International Jascha Heifetz Competition for violinists in Vilnius (2013), as a orchestra member participated at Fjord Cadenza Festival in Skodje (Norway, 2013, conductor Rune Bergmann) and Animato Stiffungg tour in 2012 (conductor Howard Griffits). From 2015 worked in a Vilnius city St. Christopher chamber orchestra as a 1st violins section player. From 2016 Minadora was a member of EUYO and participated in summer tours 2016, 2017, 2018 under the baton of maestro Vasily Petrenko, Bernard Haitink, Manfred Honeck, Gianandrea Noseda.
As a string quartet Festivo member participated and gave concerts in ECMA professors session in Riga (2015) and same year participated at XI International M. K. Oginski chamber music competition and won II place. In 2016 quartet participated in Lithuanians Chamber Music competition in Vilnius where won III place. From 2015 till 2018 participated in ECMA sessions and gave concerts In Haag (The Netherlands) and Vilnius (Lithuania). Minadora played in numerous chamber music ensembles including Mikroorkestra founded by accordionist Martynas Levickis and NiCo contemporary music ensemble founded by Gediminas Gelgotas and performed in China, Germany, Sweden, Norway and other countries.
Minadora has taken part in master classes given by professors Michael Gaisler, Petru Munteanu, Paul Rozchek, Per Lunberg, Peter Schuhmayer, Kzshyshtof. Sperski, Boris Garltiski and others.
Violinist three times received Gratitude of Honour from Lithuania Presidents Valdas Adamkus and Dalia Grybauskaitė.
Also, performed solo with Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theater students symphony orchestra, Vilnius city St. Christopher chamber orchestra, Klaipėda city Chamber Orchestra.
