Born in a family of musicians, Morta Kačionaitė started her acquaintance with music on the piano, but at the age of 12 she discovered her love - the clarinet. The performer studied in Lithuania, Great Britain, deepened her knowledge in Sweden, Norway and the Netherlands. While still a pupil of Manchester's "Chethams" music school, she performed with the orchestra in London's "Royal Festival Hall" and other famous halls in Great Britain, participated in chamber music festivals in Norway, Sweden, won awards in various competitions.
