A handsome, smart and round guy in his prime - the best prankster, and in general everything in the world - invites you to experience something fun, fun and funny together! Adventures are, one might say, guaranteed for those who join, because otherwise there will be nothing to do here... And calm down, just calm down, forget all the little things, stop complicating everything and let's go through the roofs!
Based on the book "Little and Carlson Who Lives on the Roof" by the Swedish writer Astrid Lingren, who is loved by children all over the world, the play is already the third directorial work of Ainis Storpirškis at the "Lėlė" theater. Here, as in the director's previous works - "Oh Lord, Vilnius!" and "Oh Lord, Lithuania!" - the audience can expect the fast pace of the performance, the aesthetics of the absurd, a lot of humor and self-irony. The lives of Karlson, Mažylis, Freken Bok, robbers and all other characters, colored by music, songs and dances, are boiling on the stage - both on the ground and on the roof.
According to Ainis Storpirščis: "What Mažylis does with Karlson is completely crazy - that's what attracts me the most. Like such a mismatch between planning, imagination and reality... One day, life takes off and flies out the window, regardless of which floor you live on! I want to say that it's okay to be scary, and it's okay to be sad, and that's all an important part of being an adult."
